The Lodge Garage
The Lodge is the building that is visible from Van Dyke Ave. It consists of a house which is where the Site Superintendent Charles Vincent and his family lived, plus a large multi car garage and an open carport.
The Lodge Garage measures about 1,600 sq ft and features old fashioned garage doors. It can serve as an indoor location for wedding ceremonies, and accommodates about 225 in a theater style set up. This building also works well for a cocktail reception, a small intimate wedding dinner, engagement party, bridal showers and more.
The house part of the Lodge is a lovely spot for pictures, especially some black & white shots of this vintage area. It can also be used as a location for the bride and her attendants to hide out until it’s time for the ceremony.
